"Reflecting on our Past, Changing for our Future"

This year’s theme is “Reflecting on our Past, Changing for our Future.” We will focus on how individuals can encourage personal growth and advocacy by reflecting on the struggles that they have overcome in the past and the experiences that have shaped their unique identities.

LEAD will be held in-person and virtually on April 15, at Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas.
